Emery Financial Group Latest to Sign On as Sponsor of CU Tomorrow Conference

OLALLA, Wash.–Emery Financial Group has become the latest company to sign on as a sponsor of the CU Tomorrow Conference, the unique, two-day event being offered by CUToday.info in response to reader requests.

Emery Financial Group’s sponsorship and that of other supporters is the key to making possible the low $499 registration cost.

“We are embedded in the success of the credit union system,” said David Emery, managing partner of Emery Financial Group. “Our work requires that we align our goals and values with credit unions and when they are successful, we have the chance to be successful.  We spend considerable time and funds in areas that we think help our clients become more educated and aware in terms of the type of work we do.”

Emery added the company sponsors educational gatherings such as the CU Tomorrow conference because “we believe education leads to a more thoughtful approach to business operations, both ours as well as our clients.  We are excited to be a part of this new conference.”

Emery Financial Group is a boutique benefits design organization that focuses primarily on credit unions’ qualified and non-qualified retention and retirement plans. The company reported it excels at education-based due-diligence for boards in order to design and implement a correct plan for its clients, and further said it utilizes the finest administration organizations in order to help assure compliance and accounting standards are exceeded.

Meeting to be ‘Great’

“The CU Tomorrow Conference is going to be such a great event for credit unions, and it wouldn’t be possible were it not for the support of companies like Emery Financial Group,” said CU Today.info Cooperator in Chief Frank J. Diekmann. “These sponsor partners, along with the agreement by all of our presenters to waive speaking fees and agree to share their experiences and expertise, are have combined to make this event so affordable.”

The CU Tomorrow Conference is scheduled for Sept. 9-11 at the Omni Hotel in downtown Austin. The meeting was put together for credit unions that are not seeking to merge, but instead want to be a part of an old-fashioned credit unions-helping-credit unions collaboration. Sessions are focused on practical, pragmatic real-life examples of successful programs from peer-group leading CUs.

Sessions will include a focus on member and employee onboarding, building wallet share, lending, cost controls, analytics and more.

The conference is being co-sponsored by James L. This & Associates.

Other partners supporting the meeting and making it possible include Catalyst Corporate, CU*Answers, Harland-Clarke, Cornerstone Advisors, and CUNA Mutual AdvantEdge Analytics.
