MADISON, Wis. –CUNA Mutual Group’s sixth annual, daylong Discovery Conference set a record with more than 2,500 registrants, of whom 58% were credit union executives. The virtual, no-cost event offered credit union leaders valuable industry insight and trends in the insurance and credit union industries, CUNA Mutual said.
“Our Discovery Conference gave credit union leaders a tremendous opportunity to gain real insights from industry experts and learn what’s ahead. It’s just one of the ways we’re helping credit unions grow and prepare for the challenges of tomorrow,” said Mike Defnet, senior vice president of sales and marketing for CUNA Mutual Group. “If you missed the live event, it’s not too late to participate. You can still access the conference on-demand, at no cost, by simply registering,” he added.
Credit unions that register may leverage and share best practices and conference materials, including sessions, hot topic chats, and Solution Center materials, with their staff through June 30, 2016.
