Corporate Central Holds Virtual Annual Meeting; Reports Strong Financials, Announces Board Members

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Corporate Central held its 39th annual meeting virtually with the Wisconsin Credit Union League. Delegates from member credit unions participated in the annual meeting via Zoom, while other members watched a livestream over YouTube. 

“While so much of our world has changed, and is evolving before us, business and our mission moves forward,” said Chris Felton, president/CEO of Corporate Central. “Our strategy moving forward will focus on financial wellness for our members and their members. We will enhance our value-added service network by delivering innovative, personalized, smart member solutions and we will be an ecosystem developer by embracing technology and integration to facilitate speed, agility, data, and analytics.”

Felton also reported that Corporate Central remained financially strong throughout 2019 and continued to grow both its assets and its membership. The corporate said it now serves over 400 members across 24 states.

Corporate Central declared the following directors for a three-year term:

  • Sally Dischler, Heartland Credit Union
  • Steve Koenen, Altra Federal Credit Union
  • Peter Paulson, Corporate America Family Credit Union

Corporate Central’s 2020–2021 executive committee will be:

  • Chair, Sally Dischler, Heartland Credit Union
  • Vice Chair, Jay Magulski, Landmark Credit Union
  • Secretary, Peter Paulson, Corporate America Family Credit Union
  • Treasurer, Val Mindak, Park City Credit Union

 Corporate Central’s directors include:

  • Eric Chrisinger, Co-op Credit Union
  • Daniel Ige, “Golden Rule” Community Credit Union
  • Sue Johnson, Fort Community Credit Union
  • Steve Koenen, Altra Federal Credit Union
  • Thomas Young, Capital Credit Union

 “Our movement grows stronger in times of crisis,” said Dischler. “Credit unions have remained open for business and have continued to serve their members. They have also extended helping hands to charitable organizations that keep our communities strong. We are stronger together.”
