MUSKEGO, Wis. –Corporate Central Credit Union has named Kathy Westphal as Product Manager & Business Analyst. She will manage business, IT, and cross-competency teams completing tasks related to product development, business process improvement, and business case development, as well as the documentation and management of application requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

Westphal previously worked for RMM Solutions where she served as a business analyst and key team member on a variety of business applications including accounting systems, service systems, professional services automation (PSA), customer relationship management (CRM), and document management. She began her career as a business analyst for banking applications. She served as a business analyst automating, integrating, and digitizing business processes such as accounting systems and PSA integration, accounts payable payments via ACH, service billing, product invoicing, and financial statements.
