BURLINGAME, Calif.–ComplianceEase, a provider of automated compliance solutions, announced it has fully integrated its 4506xpress income verification solution on Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter (DU) platform.
“With this integration, ComplianceEase has met Fannie Mae’s standards for income verification. This eliminates the need for reverification of IRS Form 4506-T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return),” the company said. “With this validation, lenders will receive freedom from representations and warranties with regard to the accuracy and integrity of tax transcript data obtained through ComplianceEase.”
Day 1 Certainty lenders receive certainty regarding income, assets and employment information validated by DU, the company added.
