ADDISON, Texas– Fannie Mae announced Colonial Savings, F.A., parent company of CU Members Mortgage, has again been named a Fannie Mae Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards (STAR) Performer in General Servicing for 2018. Fannie Mae’s STAR Program recognizes those who have demonstrated best practices in a number of servicing categories including a review of relevant strategies to lead people, processes and performance in applicable metrics.
This award comes on the heels of launching Mortgage Services’ new state-of-the-art website that is designed to make it easier than ever for members to make a mortgage payment, access FAQs, schedule automatic payments and more, the company said.
