RALEIGH, N.C.–Civic Federal Credit Union has selected Velera to provide it contact center services and support.
Civic FCU is a digital-first credit union that serves local government employees and their families across the state. With 11 branches opening in 2024, Civic FCU “operates with its commitment to people, planet and prosperity top of mind, which is part of its values-based banking model that considers how North Carolina communities can thrive today and into tomorrow,” according to Velera.
Following an extensive search and vetting process, Civic chose Velera for the solutions, according to the company.
