LIVONIA, Mich. & OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Sprint and CU Solutions Group announced they have broadened their relationship to offer credit union members cash benefits with the Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards Program.
Through CU Solutions Group’s credit union member rewards program — Love My Credit Union Rewards — Sprint is offering credit union members $100 cash rewards to credit union accounts within six to eight weeks for each new line activation. In addition, Sprint will issue $50 annual loyalty cash rewards per line as long as Sprint customers stay enrolled in the program, according to the two organizations.
The new Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards Program was developed to replace the Sprint Credit Union Member Discount Program, which gave credit union members a 10% discount on monthly data service.
“To date, nearly 1.6 million Sprint lines are active on the Love My Credit Union Rewards program since 2003, saving credit union members millions of dollars since inception,” said CU Solutions Group CEO Dave Adams. “We’re excited to expand our relationship with Sprint and bring even more savings to credit union members nationwide.”
Additional benefits of enrolling in the Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards program include receiving a 20% discount on eligible accessories, said CU Solutions Group, which serves nearly 4,000 credit unions across the country,
Credit union members enrolled in the previous program are eligible to switch to the new expanded Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards Program. These participants will receive a $50 cash reward per new or transferred line to the new program, as well as the $50 annual loyalty deposit for as long as they participate in the program, CU Solutions Group said.
