DALLAS–Calyx Software has scheduled its annual users meeting, Ascend 16, for Oct. 5-8 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
The meeting will include customers and partners of Calyx Software’s Point and PathSofware divisions, as well as its LoanScoreCard subsidiary.
The meeting will mark the company’s 25th Anniversary and will include a celebration at a Masquerade Gala at Mardi Gras World.
“This event is designed to help you ASCEND to the next level, become better versed in new and upcoming industry changes, and help you gain a greater understanding of the products and services that CalyxSoftware delivers,” the company said.
According to the company, discussion during the meeting will help attendees:
- Stay up-to-date on regulations and trends that impact the industry.
- Learn new strategies — consumer-direct, lead generation, social media, team growth and retention — to grow business, improve production and increase competitive advantage.
- Get live, hands-on Point, Path and LoanScoreCard training.

Among the keynote speakers are Barbara Corcoran of ABC-TV’s Shark Tank, and David Pogue, the host of NOVA ScienceNow and a tech columnist for Yahoo.
