LIVONIA, Mich.–CU Solutions Group (CUSG) has launched Planning Pro and Governease, two new products the company said are designed to help credit unions streamline strategic planning and enhance board governance. These new additions join CUSG’s existing line of HR-related software, including Performance Pro and Compease, currently used by more than 700 credit unions nationwide, the company said.
According to CSG, Planning Pro is a complete strategic planning software solution that helps credit unions define organizational success, track success metrics and set objectives, strategies and tactics. “Through Planning Pro’s easy-to-use software platform, credit unions can capture and share results across all areas of operations while tailoring their plan’s level of granularity to their individual planning culture,” CUSG said. “Planning Pro automatically generates and updates presentations, delivers real-time reporting and allows credit unions to revise and update their plans within a single tool.”
The application also offers integration with CUSG’s performance management software, Performance Pro to ensure top-down alignment between corporate strategies and individual employee goals, CUSG added.
CUSG said Governease is a web-based solution that simplifies and enhances board governance by offering the tools and structure all boards need to effectively oversee a credit union’s strategy, risk, growth and performance. CUSG said it partnered with industry leader Quantum Governance to create a model governance library that will help credit unions build board policy manuals ranging from broad to specific, custom to the credit union’s governance philosophy. Governease includes a compendium of more than 40 best-practice governance documents and board-level model policies and will be continually updated by CUSG and its new, governance-focused user community, the company said.
