MADISON, Wis.– CUNA Mutual Retirement Solutions recently received 18 total Best in Class awards in the 2017 PLANSPONSOR Defined Contribution Survey.
Twelve of the awards came in the under $5 million asset plan class.
The annual survey measures and evaluates the satisfaction levels of 401(k) and other defined contribution providers according to feedback from their plan sponsor clients, CUNA Mutual Group explained. vice president, CUNA Mutual Retirement Solutions. “These awards reflect that commitment and our focus on helping employees retire comfortably and on time.”
Approximately 50,000 surveys were distributed to plan sponsors in the magazine’s database as well as from client lists supplied by defined contribution recordkeepers. More than 3,700 responses were received. The three highest-scoring providers in each service category earned a Best in Class honor, CUNA Mutual Group said.
