MADISON, Wis.—CUES said it is renewing its long-term partnership with MNA Consulting, Inc. (MNA), which offers ServiStar Member Experience Builder to the credit union industry.

According to the two organizations, ServiStar Member Experience Builder exists to provide credit unions with navigation to a discernibly more convenient and customized member experience, increasing profitability by creating the best-possible member experience through member experience training, staff development and coaching instruction.
