“Our board represents a vital distinction between CU*South and other core software vendors serving credit unions today,” said CU*South CEO Leo Vaulin. “Our governance is aligned with credit unions—the people who lead CU*South are the same people who use our software and services to serve members and who participate in the benefits of being a client and an owner.”
“In a market where over 90% of credit union members are served using core software held by publicly-traded or privately-held corporations, CU*South and our partner CUSOs represent the only true alignment between our mission and the mission of the credit unions we serve. Our board plays a vital role in maintaining that alignment, and keeps us focused on the vision of outstanding credit union member service.”
