LAKEWOOD, Colo. – CU Service Network has launched a new brand, CU Works. CU Works is an umbrella brand that will encompass a variety of critical back office services for credit unions of all sizes, the company said.
After earlier identifying a need for outsourced services among CUs, CU Service Network said it partnered with Edge Consultancy to conduct a “sweeping survey on credit unions’ pain points.” The survey results reinforced the company’s own research that had found credit unions specifically needed help in compliance, HR, IT, and accounting.
“We are excited to introduce the CU Works product line,” said Doug Burke, oresident/CEO of CU Service Network, in a statement. “I believe that there is strong impact on credit unions’ bottom line, but more importantly, it solves critical problems in their operation. In line with our mission, we continually strive to exceed the needs and expectations of our credit unions.”
The company called the launch of CU Works one of the most significant events in its 25-year history. CU Service Network, LLC, established in 1992, is a CUSO owned by 47 credit unions that serves 150 participating credit unions.
