CU Recovery Launches 'Training on the Go'

WYOMING, Minn.–CU Recovery has launched "Training On The Go," a series of collection call training modules. The course’s fundamental structure is a condensed, best of the best training practices based on the successful CUR Collection Call Success program that has educated over 2000 credit union collection employees, the company said.

"Learning studies have shown that continuous and recurrent education is essential to productive results. Many credit unions can’t send staff to off-site seminars or conferences because they are too busy, under staffed, or geographically unable to attend," CU Recovery said. "The Training On The Go module series was designed to bring concise, comprehensive training videos to the collector’s desktop to be used when it fits into their day at their own pace."

Wendy Elieff, senior vice president Sales and Service added, “We developed the Training On The Go call collection modules at the request of credit unions that have attended CU Recovery on-site training and/or the CU Recovery Collection Academy. This is an additional tool that will lead to more productive calls and can be used by supervisors as they work with collectors, in new hire training or a refresher for seasoned collectors."
