LAKEWOOD, Colo.– CU Service Network has launched a new site dedicated to credit union professionals who are looking to collaborate and share ideas. “CU Collaborative Community” is a place for credit unions to work together and move the credit union industry forward,CUSN said.
“The CU Collaborative Community operates as a private online forum to share ideas and opinions, ask for feedback on pain points, and submit issues – all for the goal of strength through community and connection,” CUSN said. “There is nothing like this currently in the credit union industry. Users can submit their own ideas and thoughts, comment on others, and vote on what they think are the most relevant ideas, allowing these to come to the forefront. A point scale is integrated into the forum and incentives are received for participating.”
Daniel Burk, SVP of Business and Product Development with CUSN said, “We all experience problems where solutions are not easy to find. We search for the ability to collaborate with other credit union professionals and to identify ideas that can help everyone. By working together, ideas are created, improved and potentially turned into great solutions. They potentially become new services for operations, lending, channel delivery or back office. Other ideas may simply be improving processes and procedures.”
