GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–CU*Answers Imaging Solutions, in partnership with eDOC Innovations, reported it is providing credit unions leveraging their online imaging solution with remote e-signature capability.
This feature allows credit unions to send documents to members for electronic signatures wherever they are, and is being provided to the credit unions by the cooperative CUSO at no additional cost, the company said.
“Not all members want to or are able to come into the branch to sign loan forms,” the company said. “By giving credit unions the ability to capture that signature remotely, CU*Answers Imaging Solutions is speeding the closing process and improving convenience for the member. It is the hope of the CU*Answers Imaging Solutions team that when credit unions see the response from their members, it will get them thinking about other digital strategies to improve member experience.”
