GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--Two CUSO partners, West Michigan-based CU*Answers and South Dakota-based Site-Four, recently completed the relocation of hot site disaster recovery support services for Harris County FCU in Houston.
“The successful transition of the Harris County FCU backup server from our data center in Grand Rapids to the Site-Four location in Yankton is the result of a well-defined and well-executed project plan by the technical teams at both CUSOs and the credit union,” said Jeff Miller, CU*Answers OpsEngine Business Development Manager. OpsEngine, the production and operations center for CU*Answers, has been assisting clients in executing their BCRS plans and other business-related strategies.
