CU*Answers Adds New Data Elements to My CU Today

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. –CU*Answers reported it has added new data elements to collection for My CU Today, the cooperative CUSO’s first external data warehouse. My CU Today enables CU*BASE-powered credit unions to better understand their operations and performance metrics than they ever have before, CU*Answers said. “Credit union vitals are published daily to the My CU Today data warehouse where they are dissected and processed for daily alert notifications to staff and trend graph analysis,” according to the company.

The latest update to My CU Today includes several new data elements collected for credit union performance. Credit unions are now able to track trends and generate custom alerts on cash data related information, delinquency data and in-process data points including loan application queue performance.  Separately, the Internet Retailer Support Center is a new support desk at CU*Answers for credit union virtual channel project managers. The Internet Retailer Support Center (IRSC) brings together several digital strategy products into one cohesive location and a single point of contact. Credit unions looking to expand their virtual channel marketplace will be able to shop and explore the offerings online as well as check project development status.

The IRSC will initially focus on the free Mobile Hybrid App provided by CU*Answers. IRSC Account Executives work with CU*Answers clients to fulfill the necessary perquisites to launch these mobile apps to the appropriate app stores for mobile devices, the company said.

 CU*Answers added that in the near future, the IRSC will begin launching new online member application processes and take over project management for established virtual channel products such as CU*Answers’ self-service channel custom branding options.

Finally, CU*Northwest announced that Northern Colorado FCU in Greeley, Colo. has signed with the company for to a core processing agreement and is scheduled for conversion in October 2017. The $46.7-million credit union represents approximately 3,600 members. Northern Colorado will be the third credit union in Denver to convert to CU*NorthWest in the next year.
