DENVER– Best Innovation Group (BIG) has partnered with credit union strategic consulting firm Kordeleski Consulting to complement its already top-level technology services with Kordeleski’s strategic advice specializing in creating the strategic foundations for aggressive growth, performance, and shared services, the two companies said.
The two firms said the partnership provides credit unions with a two-pronged approach:
1. Delivering core strategies regarding technology, specifically helping credit unions build shared services platforms for prolonged success (Kordeleski).
2. Providing strategic services around digital payments technologies (BIG).
According to Kirk Kordeleski, this partnership allows the two firms to differentiate themselves in the competitive tech and strategic consulting market for credit unions.
“Our different strengths are brought in at a strategic level to help credit unions up their game and grow,” Kordeleski said. “We are uniquely positioned to deal with subjects that are vitally important to credit unions’ success today – especially as the financial digital aspect continues to flourish in our industry.”
Kordeleski is the former CEO of the $6.1-billion Bethpage FCU and was responsible for driving the development of a strategic foundation that ultimately helped Bethpage grow from the 45th largest credit union nationwide to the 16th.
“We are very excited about this partnership, as we will be able to, as Kirk says, up credit unions’ game to help them grow significantly – which bodes well for the industry,” said BIG’s President and Founder, John Best. “We have extensive and proven experience in two significant areas that other organizations don’t’ have. We look forward to accomplishing ‘big’ things for credit unions that will ultimately increase their value for their members.”
