BATTLE CREEK, Mich.–Battle Creek Area Community CU has converted to the CU*Base data processing system from CU*Answers. The $19.2-million CU has 1,900 members.
“Now we will be able to do a lot of things we were not able to do on our previous system because of the cost our old data processor would have charged us,” the credit union said in a statement.
Among the new services Battle Creek Area can now offer its members is bill pay. The credit union added CU*Answers’ new It’s Me 247 Bill Pay service, with payment processing by Payveris.
“We set our prices to fit the income statements of our clients, first,” said CU*Answers EVP Scott Page. “We develop solutions and price them to fit all our credit unions, regardless of size. We’re excited to see Battle Creek Area Community CU join the CU*Answers family, and happy that as a partner we can help them to offer their members new and improved services.”
