LAKEWOOD, Colo.—Aux, the CUSO formerly known as CU Service Network that provides collaborative back office solutions, is reporting it has added several new credit union clients.
New to Aux in Q3: Compliance Services Clients: $18.4-million Otis CU in Jay, Maine, and $45-million HUD FCU in Washington.
“The reason we decided to work with Aux was because we are a small credit union with limited staff,” said Catherine McDermott, president/CEO of HUD FCU. “We do not have a dedicated compliance department and we wanted to ensure that we were in compliance with regulations, had updated policies and procedures and a dedicated resource if we had questions about any compliance issues.”
It has also added a new Accounting Services client: $46-million United Police FCU in Miami.
“The Aux suite of collaborative back office services include full-service accounting and CFO-level services, full-service compliance and training, and data analytics, which was just launched in June of 2020,” the company stated. “We provide a variety of progressive back office solutions that drive credit union success, like accounting, compliance and data analytics.”
