ATLANTA-- FMSI reported that in early 2015, it will release Omnix Appointment Concierge―an intuitive, interactive, highly secure cloud-based appointment scheduling solution―that “will revolutionize account holder service delivery for banks and credit unions.” The company said the solution is a full-featured account holder appointment scheduling tool that puts control of branch appointments into the account holder’s hands. After the appointment has been scheduled, account holders receive their choice of a text or email confirmation with a link they can use to reschedule or cancel the appointment, if needed.
