Apple FCU Selects 3 Solutions From FMSI

FAIRFAX, Va.–The $2-billion Apple Federal Credit Union here has selected the Omnix Staff Scheduler, Omnix Interactive Dashboard and Omnix Performance Analytics solutions from FMSI. The credit union said it will use FMSI’s software to improve staffing efficiencies, while maintaining great service across its 25 locations. 

“We’re always looking for ways to operate our branches more efficienty,” says Sydney Webb, VP Service Delivery at Apple Federal Credit Union.  “When we began to investigate different staff optimization softwares, it became evident quickly that FMSI had the industry experience and solution we needed to schedule our branches more effectively.”

According to FMSI, its Omnix Suite of Products addresses helps to keep down expenses while improving service levels and sales in the branches.  Through the collection and then preparation of front-line staff interaction data, FMSI said the system quickly empowers management teams with easy-to-read and actionable business intelligence.
