NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Alloya Corporate FCU said it will host its seventh annual Credit Union Executive Leadership Symposium Sept. 8-10 in both an in-person and virtual format.
The in-person portion will be held at the Venetian-Palazzo Hotel, Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, “virtual attendees will join the event from their homes and offices nationwide through a modern, user-friendly event portal that will keep attendees engaged and connected with the live event in Las Vegas,” Alloya Corporate said.
“The decision to host a hybrid event was made with members’ safety and comfort in mind,” said Alloya’s Tim Bruculere, SVP-membership. “We’ve seen tremendous progress over the last few months in the fight against COVID-19, but we recognize that not everyone is ready to return to in-person gatherings. We are thankful for the technology that allows us to stay connected despite physical distance. For those who will be joining us in person in Las Vegas, we assure you that the well-being of our attendees is of the utmost importance to Alloya and the Venetian-Palazzo Resort. We will implement all necessary protocols to help ensure everyone remains healthy and safe.”
Keynoters Named
Alloya Corporate said that in keeping with tradition the event features countless networking opportunities, top-tier education and unforgettable experiences. The agenda includes three general session keynote speakers, including Daymond John, founder and CEO of FUBU and star of ABC’s Shark Tank; Sugar Ray Leonard, legendary boxing icon and Olympic gold medalist; and Janine Stange, singer and on-air personality.
Both in-person and virtual attendees will have the opportunity to earn CPE credits and gain access to session recordings post-event, Alloya Corporate said.
In addition, in-person attendees will enjoy a night out at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders, to celebrate Football Night with Alloya.
Annual Meeting to Be Held
The corporate’s annual meeting will be held in conjunction with the Leadership Symposium on Thursday, Sept. 9 at 8:30 am PT. Credit union professionals are invited to attend (in-person or virtually), and additional registration separate from the Leadership Symposium is not required, Alloya said.
