SAN DIEGO– Xpress Data, Inc., which provides solutions around production and delivery of credit union notices, statements, and other event-driven member correspondence, announced that Advantage Plus FCU has replaced its antiquated member communications platform with XDI’s XpressServices.
The new outsourced XpressService platform enables APFCU to deliver enhanced and engaging member experiences via close integration into their online banking system, conduct more member interactions in a paperless environment, dramatically improve paper-based correspondence, and realize significant efficiencies across all departments, the company said.
“With XDI’s assistance we have converted multi-hour processes down to just minutes, and we enjoyed a very straightforward implementation with zero issues along the way," said Adam Brown, Advantage Plus FCU’s CIO.
According to the company, APFCU’s members are also reaping the benefits of the new system – instead of having to view PDF statements sent via email, they now have access to their statements inside of the credit union’s online banking application.
