MIDDLEBURY, Vt.–Two credit unions have selected solutions from eDOC Innovations.
Among the CUs adopting eDOC Signature is Trademark Federal Credit Union, in Augusta, Maine, which adopted the solution to provide greater convenience and more comprehensive services to its growing community of mobile members. The ability to send documents out for esign will speed up member transactions and allows credit union staff to service member needs anytime, anywhere, the company said.
“As we deepen our relationship with Share One, credit unions are enabled to address the members’ digital needs through intuitive, plug and play solutions. We are excited to forge together with Trademark FCU in our pursuit for a more fully integrated solution with their core and make eDOCSignature an integral part of their operations,” commented Tim Wright, AVP of sales at eDOC Innovations.
“eDOC has been very accommodating to our credit union’s needs, as well as meeting our required timelines,” added Joann Bisson, CEO of Trademark FCU. “This is a very exciting time for us.”
Coloramo FCU Also Signs On
Also signing with eDOC Innovations for its eDOCSignature solution is Coloramo FCU in Grand Junction, Colo. Integrated with the credit union’s FLEX core processing system, eDOCSignature’s capabilities provide state-of-the-art automation for the credit union and convenience to the mobile member by meeting them where they are, anytime, anywhere, the CUSO said.
“These types of technology, when properly applied, enhances the member experience,” said Stephen Harrington, IT systems manager at Coloramo Federal. “The business requirements and the changing landscape of mobile members make eDOCSignature an effective tool to deliver documents in a secure way. It helps facilitate closure of our loan process in a more expeditious and efficient way.”
FLEX, a credit union core data processing solution provider based in Sandy, Utah, partnered with eDOC Innovations in 2017 to offer eDOCSignature to its credit union members.
