DUBLIN, Ireland–For the second year in a row, Ireland’s credit unions finished on top of a survey of what brands Irish consumers have had good experiences with.
According to The Journal, the results are detailed in the report from Amárach Research, commissioned by Customer Experience Insights (CXi).
The top 10 brands per Irish customers are:
- Irish Credit Union
- Lush
- An Post
- Sam McCauley Pharmacies
- Citylink
- Peter Mark
- Boots
- Aldi
- Marks & Spencers Retail
- Penneys
CXi’s Michael Killeen told The Journal that credit unions’ ongoing success is a result of them “putting customers at the heart of everything they do. All 339 credit unions share the same ethos,” he said.
