FREEPORT, Grand Bahama–A number of vendors participated in the Grand Bahama Co-operative Credit Union 35th Anniversary's Expo and Steak-out, which offered attendees the opportunity to learn more about many of their products and services they provide.
Tarentee Laing, nutrition coach and fitness trainer with Cardio Blast Experience, was on hand to speak with attendees about lifelong benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He shared that he uses settings such as the expo to educate persons on invaluable benefits of proper nutrition.
Also on hand at the credit union event was the Freeport LIONS Club, which set up a program to allow people to have their blood sugar tested.
