AUSTIN, Texas–The second full day of the CUTomorrow Conference packed in even more practical information on everything from the lessons learned by a CEO who has led CU turnarounds to ways to avoid overpaying vendors to the “moms market” and more, before wrapping up with a special session at which attendees helped each other to respond to the day-to-day challenges they are facing.
The CUTomorrow Conference, co-hosted by CUToday.info and James L. This & Associates, was launched in response to feedback from CUToday.info readers and the credit union community for an old-fashioned collaborative event at which CU leaders could learn from each other. The tightly focused even ran for two-and-a-half days and featured more than a dozen credit unions sharing what has worked for them.
