iQ Credit Union Names New CEO

VANCOUVER, Wash.–iQ Credit Union announced its CEO, Kelly Schrader, will be stepping down on Jan. 1 and has named a successor. The $1.4-billion iQ CU has named Eric Petracca to lead the organization.

Petracca currently serves as CFO.

Schrader has served as CEO since 2016 and is leaving to focus on philanthropic work, according to the credit union.

"On behalf of the board, I want to thank Kelly for her influential leadership and her contributions to growing iQ Credit Union's culture and service to our membership," said Chair Doug Lehrman, in a statement. "Kelly is an exceptional person with a remarkable passion for the credit union industry. While we will truly miss Kelly's enthusiasm and inspiring leadership, we are excited to welcome Eric into this new role and look forward to his continued focus on strategic growth, member service, and his long history with iQ and Lacamas Community Credit Union before that."

Petracca holds a bachelor's degree from Washington State and graduated from the Western CUNA Management School. He also serves on the board of the Parks Foundation of Clark County.
