companies made pitches for their products and solutions as part of the competition. The award was accepted by Bolun Li, CEO and founder of Zogo Finance.

Zogo is a financial literacy app that looks and functions like a language learning app, and can be white-labeled to a partner financial institution. The solution includes approximately small, easily digestible learning modules across a variety of financials topics, from the simple to the more complex. Zogo Finance said all of the modules are all created by Duke University professors and students.

Users of the app begin each module by learning five basic concepts before taking a five-question quiz. Completing each module earns users points, with the opportunity to eventually build enough points to earn a $5 gift card to the store of their choice.

As CUToday.info reported here, Zogo was also winner of NACUSO’s Next Big Idea competition.
