MADISON, Wis.–The “Evolution and Impact of AI in Credit Unions” will be the subject of a webinar hosted today by Filene.
The webinar will run from 12-1 p.m E.T.
“Artificial intelligence has become a key talking point for credit union boards and executives,” Filene said. “Many are asking, ‘What are we doing in AI?’ (In this webinar) you will learn about the growing adoption of AI in a business context and specific use cases within the credit union industry.”
The webinar will be led by Filene Fellow Lamont Black and John Best, CEO of Best Innovation Group (BIG), who will discuss AI applications including automated loan underwriting, generative AI for member servicing, and recommendation systems for the member journey, according to Filene.
‘Ethical Issues’
“We will address relevant risks and ethical issues associated with the growing role of AI in everyday life,” Filene stated. “Credit unions are at the early stage of AI adoption, so we encourage you to attend this session to learn more about how you can explore AI applications that will best serve your members.”
