GRETNA, La.– ASI Credit Union here has filed a suit against Leotran Armored Security LLC, Leonard Tolleson and other unidentified individuals in the 24th Judicial District Court.
In its claim ASI said the company and its representative picked up money from an ATM in December of 2015, but those funds went missing and the defendant has failed to return the money.
Leotran Armored Security is accused of breach of contract and conversion. The credit union is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.
