ORLANDO, Fla.—Worldwide Interactive Services, LLC has acquired Alternative Computing Environments (ACE), a privately held software firm that offers reconciliation and investment modules as well as integration consulting services to credit unions.
Worldwide Interactive said ACE products will most directly benefit and be integrated with WWIS’s CUtopia data processing system, OASys, and credit union automation software that offers a comprehensive suite of technology and member service solutions to credit unions. ACE will be relocating its offices to WWIS corporate offices in Orlando, Fla.
ACE was founded in 1990 by Raymond McNeice. John Pantaleon is president of WWIS.
