With Clocks Springing Forward, Wescom Again Springing for the Coffee

LOS ANGELES–When the clocks spring forward for Daylight Saving Time on Saturday night, it will mean one less hour of sleep for most people.

Saying it is looking to make the morning run a little smoother, Wescom Credit Union will host its sixth annual #WescomKindness Daylight Saving Time event by picking up the tab for lucky guests in 23 The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties on Sunday, March 8.

“Our purpose is to help Southern Californians build better lives by offering innovative banking solutions, complimentary financial education tools, and small acts of kindness like our annual #WescomKindness Daylight Saving Time event,” said Tamar Atamian, vice president-marketing, Wescom Credit Union. “It’s truly an honor to make a positive, meaningful impact in our local communities by surprising and delighting SoCal residents with a free purchase at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. It’s small gestures like this that make Wescom the premier banking partner for nearly 200,000 Southern Californians.”

How the Deal Works

Participating locations of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are available online at wescom.org/cbtl.

Guest purchases will be paid by Wescom, up to $15 per transaction, beginning the moment doors open in the morning until $2,000-worth of bills are paid for at each of the 23 designated locations.

Wescom has more than 200,000 members.
