Wisconsin CU Buys Land for a Landmark New Office

NEW BERLIN, Wis.–Landmark Credit Union here has purchased property on Executive Drive here to become the site of its new corporate headquarters.

According to state records cited by BizTimes.com, Landmark CU paid $8-million for the property and plans to tear down the existing building and construct a five-story, 158,000-square-foot headquarters building. It may also elect to build an additional 148,000-square-foot office building in a later phase, according to the report.

The site is 19.5 acres. A spokesperson for the credit union said plans call for completion by the Spring of 2021.

As CUToday.info reported earlier, in December of 2018 Landmark announced plans to expand into space larger than its current 60,000-square-foot headquarters.

The $4.2-billion Landmark CU has approximately 350,000 members.
