LEOMINSTER, Mass.–Leominster Credit Union said it plans to introduce a new name and brand in the fall.
“It is important we present ourselves in a way that reflects our commitment to our members and our communities, embodies our values, encompasses everything we stand for and is inclusive to all,” President and CEO Barbara A. Mahoney said in a statement. “As we evolve, it is important our brand evolves, and we prepare the credit union for future generations, while delivering a message that is welcoming and meaningful across the six counties we serve.”
The $912-million credit union reassured members the change will have minimal effect on their membership and activities, and has developed a Q&A to answer any questions.
