ARLINGTON, Va.—NAFCU is offering a webinar Tuesday to help credit unions determine whether a merger should be part of their strategic growth plans.
The webinar will also detail merger procedures under the NCUA's revised voluntary merger rule, which went into effect last year.
In addition, participants will review the pros and cons of mergers and discuss the perspectives of both the acquiring and merging credit unions during the merger process.
