ALEXANDRIA, Va. –NCUA will host a webinar today on how credit unions can use the power of technology to expand access to financial services to promote inclusion.
The webinar, which begins at 2 p.m. today, is titled “Fintech and ACCESS: Future Possibilities for Enhancing Financial Inclusion Through the Use of Technology.” It will run for approximately 60 minutes.
Charles Vice, NCUA’s director of financial technology and access, will “discuss opportunities and challenges in adopting technology to promote greater inclusion,” the agency said. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.

The webinar will be closed captioned, and there is no charge. NCUA said participants will be able to log in and view the event on their computers or mobile devices using the registration link, and should allow pop-ups from this website.
The agency added participants can submit questions during the presentation or in advance by emailing WebinarQuestions@ncua.gov. The email’s subject line should read, “Fintech and Access.”
