MADISON, Wis.–Filene will host a webinar today titled “Efficiency of Operations: The New Currency.”
The session will begin at 1 p.m. E.T.
“Achieving consistent revenue growth and strong financial performance in an increasingly competitive and regulated environment is a significant challenge,” Filene said. “In fact (last week), the CFPB released a new proposal that would put credit union overdraft programs at risk adding more pressure on generating non-interest income. Operational efficiency is the new currency for financial institutions after the era of low rates.”
During the session Filene said Mike Higgins, managing partner with Mike Higgins & Associates, and Christie Kimbell, EVP with Filene, will outline research-backed strategies for the operationally efficient to thrive through achieving economy of scale.
