PRYOR, Okla.–WeStreet Credit Union is set to open two former bank branches as branches of its own in this market. The branches were formerly part of Oklahoma Fidelity Bank prior to being acquired by WeStreet CU.
The $950-million WeStreet CU said the branches will open on Aug. 21 and will mark its first offices in the Pryor, Okla. Market. The acquisition marks the first of its kind for the credit union, which called the move a “marker of its continued growth in the region.”
“The opening of these two branches is a milestone for WeStreet as we expand our services into a new region, and we are honored to share this moment with the Pryor community,” President and CEO Greg Gallant said in a statement. “We are thrilled to welcome new Pryor customers into the WeStreet Credit Union family and offer more localized service to existing members in the area. Our credit union deeply values community-focused service and financial empowerment, and our team looks forward to getting to know and providing high-quality support to our new neighbors.”
