NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.–South Carolina FCU is marking Celebrate Diversity Month with a near-five-minute video featuring its staff holding signs representing how they are diverse–including in hidden ways.
“At South Carolina Federal, we embrace employees’ unrecognizable truths, backgrounds, and experiences,” reads one placard held by a staff member.
“Diverse perspectives give rise to creativity and productive out-of-the-box solutions,” reads a sign held by another.
“An inclusive environment contributes to the success of our credit union,” reads a third.
Scott Woods is shown holding a sign reading, “I am more than a CEO,” before flipping the sign over to reveal something about himself.
