MADISON, Wis.–The World Council of Credit Unions will host a webinar today offering insights into CU successes in other countries.
The webinar, “Through Credit Union Systems in Brazil, Poland and South Korea,” is the work of WOCCU’s COVID-19 Response Committee and is scheduled for 9 a.m. ET.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated demand for digital services from credit union members across the world,” WOCCU said. “Shared platforms have allowed credit union systems in Brazil, Poland and South Korea to accelerate a digitization vision and provide a digital on-ramp to their member credit unions, small and large. This World Council COVID-19 Response Committee Webinar will feature live presentations on how these shared platforms have been developed, and the digital services member credit unions are now able to offer as a result.”

- Creating Shared Digital Platform for Credit Unions Brazil, by João Tavares, executive director, Sicredit, Brazil
- Bringing Digital Services to Polish Credit Unions, by Pawel Pelc, Coordinator, Regional Credit Union Center
- Establishing IT for a Digital Credit Union Platform, Choongsun Daniel Eo, IT Service Support Manager, National Credit Union Federation of Korea
