MADISON, Wis.–The World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) will host a webinar on organizational leadership on Jan. 25 as part of its Resilient Leader Series.
The webinar is set for 11 a.m. ET.
“Learn how to strengthen resilience for yourself and your organization,” WOCCU said. “As part of the webinar series, Neuroscience of Leadership expert and founder of eLeadership Academy Sandra McDowell shares insights on how to lead yourself, others, and your organization with brain-based leadership techniques. The Resilient Leader Series will give you the confidence to lead with the brain in mind and thrive in the face of change.”
WOCCU said participants will gain insights and leadership tools that are grounded in neuroscience to help them lead the organization with the “right balance of heart, head, and backbone.”
The session will be interactive and approximately 45 minutes long, WOCCU said.
