MADISON, Wis.— The World Council of Credit Unions’ (WOCCU) said it has launched the “Global Credit Union Professionals Online Networking Series.”
“The innovative platform, Meetaway, allows participants to identify shared discussion goals and influence the AI match-making software with custom tags, resulting in a series of short, productive peer discussions,” WOCCU said.

According to WOCCU, the first three sessions will focus on credit union professionals who work in Member Experience, Digital Transformation and Marketing.
“Employees at any level are welcome to join and are encouraged to present obstacles or questions their peers may be able to help them navigate. Registrations for each session are linked below,” WOCCU said.
The Sessions
The first three sessions, including links to register, include:
- Thursday, 25 April, 10am US Central Time – Member Experience Leaders
- Tuesday, 30 April, 10am US Central Time – Digital Transformation Leaders
- Wednesday, 8 May, 10am US Central Time – Marketing Professionals
There is no cost to participate. The sessions will be conducted in English.
‘A Lot of Opportunities’
“We have a lot of opportunities here to explore other professional groups, additional sessions focused on other topics for each group, and to host them at different days and times in different languages to ensure our members around the world have the chance to participate,” said Kassandra Schroeder, manager of WOCCU’s Virtual Engagements. “I’m hoping we will get great feedback on this first set and be able to really grow the program from there.”
