MIDDLETOWN, Penn.–Vizo Financial Corporate CU said it will again host its annual hot dog eating contest this year, and will once again do so virtually.
The event is scheduled for July 21 and, given the virtual nature, open to credit union employees anywhere in the country.
“As always, all proceeds will be donated to our local Children's Miracle Network (CMN) Hospital, Penn State Children's Hospital,” Vizo Financial said. Even in the middle of an ongoing pandemic, kids can't wait. That's why they need our donations and support more than ever.”
The 2020 hot dog eating contest raised $7,500, with nine total contestants and 22 sponsors.
The men’s competition winner: was Aaron Mowery of Belco Community CU. The women's competition winner was Justina Mikalik of Vizo Financial Corporate CU.
