Visions FCU Breaking Ground On Headquarters Expansion

ENDWELL, N.Y.–Visions Federal Credit Union will add between 150 and 200 employees at its headquarters here over the next 10 years as it doubles the size of its facility.

Construction on a 91,000-square-foot building behind the existing headquarters will begin this week, PressConnects.com reported.

The facility is currently home to 250 employees who work locally, although 550 are employed by the CU overall, PressConnects.com said.

As it grows Visions FCU will be seeking to hire employees for positions ranging from entry-level tellers to future vice president, the credit union’s CEO, Ty Muse, told PressConnects.com. Most of the new jobs will be in retail services, the contact center, information technology, training services and a wide array in lending.

"These are good-paying, hard-to-fill-out jobs, where most salaries will range from $40,000 to $50,000 and up," Muse told the publications.

The $4-billion Visions FCU, which began its life as IBM Employees FCU, has 45 offices in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

It is projecting it will grow to $7 billion in assets by 2025.
