RICHMOND, Va.–Representatives from more than a dozen Virginia-based credit unions as well as the Virginia Credit Union League met with Gov. Glenn Youngkin and other administration officials here.
According to the Virginia Credit Union League, the discussions with the governor’s key policy advisors and administration officials included credit union growth, the future of cryptocurrency, service to underserved communities, permission for credit unions to accept municipal deposits, and the credit union difference.
