AUSTIN, Texas–Velocity Credit Union here has purchased a building and is moving its headquarters.
Velocity said it will be moving to the Quarry Lake Business Center from its current downtown location. VCU has bought a 117,000-square-foot building at 4515 Seton Center Parkway, where it will occupy a full floor. It plans to make the move by May of 2019.
The $848-million Velocity said it plans to sell its existing 40,000-square-foot headquarters but will maintain a branch in the structure.
